Purchasing and Rolling Stock Assistant (12-month contract)
We are looking for a Purchasing and Rolling Stock Assistant to oversee the maintenance and purchasing of rolling stock equipment, working closely with internal teams and suppliers across our New Brunswick sites (Baie-Sainte-Anne and Bay du Vin).


RESPONSABILITIES:
• Track and update maintenance data for rolling stock equipment;
• Prepare and schedule work orders and maintenance activities;
• Monitor costs and budgets and produce related reports;
• Manage purchases, orders, and supplier relationships;
• Support New Brunswick sites, the supervisor, and the team with various tasks;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and follow health and safety rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Relevant education or work experience;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Resourceful and autonomous;
• Team player;
• Good physical condition.
