Main Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on the site (labor, subcontractors, equipment, deliveries)

Ensure progress of work according to plans, schedules, and quality standards

Effectively manage unforeseen events (technical, human, logistical)

Collaborate with the project manager to optimize work methods

Produce daily reports, document measurements, quantities, and photo follow-ups

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent or team leader position in civil works
  

• In-depth knowledge of site methods, health and safety, and heavy equipment
  

• Natural leadership, autonomy, rigor, and proactivity
  

• Excellent communication skills on-site
  

• Valid driver's license (class 5)
