You will be at the heart of contract acceptance decisions, creating reliable visibility on capacity and aligning sales, operations, and external partners. The role offers real latitude to structure planning practices and support activities with suppliers in Quebec and the United States, as well as collaboration with a team in France.

Responsibilities — deliver integrated planning and reliable capacity

• Build and maintain a single schedule covering internal production and outsourcing.
  
• Provide a reliable reading of available capacity before accepting new contracts.
  
• Allocate production hours between the factory, additional resources, and subcontractors according to priorities.
  
• Facilitate coordination exchanges with sales, operations, and subcontracting to align commitments.
  
• Anticipate capacity needs and develop required suppliers to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
  
• Structure planning practices to support capacity ramp-up and growth.
  
• Contribute to expansion scenarios in the United States and France, including occasional travel to suppliers.
